At Vaidyaraj Sewa Foundation, our Holistic Yoga & Meditation Programs are designed to nurture body, mind and spirit in an integrated way. We bring together traditional yogic wisdom, time‑tested meditation practices and modern therapeutic understanding to support each person’s unique journey toward balance and harmony.

Through our Personalized Yoga & Meditation Therapy, every session is tailored to the individual. After a gentle assessment of your physical condition, lifestyle, emotional state and, where relevant, medical history, our team designs a practice plan just for you. This may include asanas (postures), pranayama (breathwork), guided relaxation, mindfulness practices, chanting and simple lifestyle recommendations. By working at the physical, mental and emotional levels together, we aim to address the root causes of imbalance—such as stress, anxiety, chronic pain, fatigue, sleep disturbance and emotional overwhelm—rather than only managing surface‑level symptoms.

Our Integrated Yoga, Meditation & Healing approach recognizes that body, mind and environment are deeply connected. We focus on regular, sustainable practice instead of quick fixes. Participants are guided to cultivate awareness of their breath, posture and inner state, slowly building resilience, clarity and emotional stability. One Month Transformation Camp

A 30-day journey at Palitana focused on a holistic life reset. We blend medical care with traditional spiritual practices to help you heal fully—physically, mentally, and spiritually.

Daily Learning & Practice Schedule

The camp follows a disciplined daily rhythm of 10 structured hours: 4 Hours of Theory for foundational knowledge and 6 Hours of Practice for hands-on healing and rehabilitation.
